Keeping the kids entertained with the falling leaves

The garden is still looking tidy, despite the continual supply of falling leaves. My son really got into helping me in the garden by catching as many leaves in his fishing net as possible.

I’ve put the geraniums and the sundaville in the grow house to over winter and hope that they survive. I’m not sure if I need to cut the geraniums right back or leave them as they are, I went for the leave them as they are approach. I think the plants will be safer in the grow house away from the kids.

 Chocolate Cosmos

The Chocolate Cosmos that I also planted in the Spring is suddenly producing even more flowers. I don’t know if this is what it is supposed to do or if it is having a final burst before winter. The Thunbergia too is continuing to flower, although it does look a bit lonely now that I have taken the sunflowers out. In the bed I have planted the tulip bulbs, Iberis Tahoe, Primrose Alaska Fire Glow Mix and Blue Hobbit.
